A simple follow up allows us to re-examine your roof and make certain that no new gaps or access points have become available. Where potential access points are found, these will be closed and are included in the cost of the consultation. It is precautionary but is far better than the alternative. If returning bats do manage to gain access at this time, it will require the placement of new "one-way valves" and the undertaking of a mini exclusion all over again.
The cost of the annual service also includes the maintenance and service of your bat house.
EcoSolutions guarantees all of our exclusion work provided the annual pre-winter service is maintained. Failure to service both the exclusion and the compensatory bat house will result in the termination of our guarantee.
